So our AZ trip was a great success. I went out the Tuesday before Easter, and Jake met up with us 2 days later. My brother and his wife and daughter came, my parents, my cousin Kristy and Aunt Pat and Jake and I had a super fantastik Easter in the Arizona heat…we hiked, we ate, we drank (well some of us were on a cleanse and couldn’t drink – but mostly that was just me), we partied, we ate some more, we swam, we drank and ate some more, oh and we took over 700 pictures of miss Lucy, who was the star of the trip. She was so cute and happy the whole time and she just LOVED the pool. My parents have a hot tub and pool in the backyard (As is required in the city of Tucson, AZ). So it was a really fun (lucy-centered) trip.

Jake and I stayed out a couple of extra days and we had a really nice and relaxing time. I hope that we can spend less time in a car and more time just hanging out next time (as everything is really far away in Tucson), but its a small price to pay.
